Kristin pushes me to do things I wouldn't do on my own.  Working out with her as made me stronger and more confident.  She's a tough trainer, but encouraging and supportive as well.  When I finish each workout I am proud of myself for what I've accomplished.

You've made me a bodybuilder! Being strong physically is also a huge mental boost.  I don't feel that anything is too heavy to lift in daily life.  And I walk around with a swagger like, "I got this!"
